Are these PPL Hero's who took Suspected Immigrants SSN?

This has been proved that it was a rogue group of PPL at the state Aid Office Taking Whoever they thought was illegal. But Sum of them were Americans like it says above. They should be thrown in jail. And Hell no they aint Heros. You can't take the Law into your own hands.
