Cronic blood sugar condition, and throwing up. Should I call ambulance?

Yes I would call 9-1-1. Remember if you feel that it is an emergency then it is an emergency. I have been a medic for 6 years and I would expect you to call 9-1-1 for help. We would rather you call and be safe than not call and something happen to you. Good luck
