Ehud Barak (is that his name?) is charged with exactly what dishonesty?

I gather it involves the mis-use of a comparatively small cash contribution from an American. Set against the millions paid to Israeli officials by Russian mafia figures to receive safe haven in Israel, it sounds like chicken soup. Or is there more to it?
