Is there anyone in Hamilton OH who is NOT from Hamilton (or surrounding areas)?

My hubby wants me to move back there with him so he can be near his parents and when I lived in Hamilton with him before I didn't meet a single person who wasn't a red neck hick. I don't want to judge everyone just because they are from there, but just in my personal experience there was no one in that little town that I could relate to or that could relate to me. I'm not at all prissy/snobbish or judgmental I'm just saying what I experienced. I want my hubby to be happy and I know it wouldn't be fair of me to keep him from his family, but it would be Very hard for me to live there again, I didn't like it at all and I feel like I'm in a hopeless situation. Can any one help me to see any good points in that town???
