How can I find help for defending my fiance?

The father of my daughter is being accused of shaking her. I dont believe for a second that he did. She has had some problems that I believe was not normal even though her pedestrian said it was. He never witnessed it for himself so he really doesnt know. The child advocacy person for the the hospital said that my daughter had to have been shaken on the monday we brought her to the hospital between the hours of noon and four even though they didnt take a mri untill over a week later and the nueroligist said she couldnt tell exactly when it happen but everyone is just going with what the child advocacy person is saying without any real proof. Now my fiance is in jail for something he didnt do. I am desperate please is there any help or advice you can give me.
