What is this movie called? Please read the description.?

It's a combat/magical movie that's taken place in modern society. This lady is choosen to protect this girl because the girl was known as the "treasure". The characters are all inhumanly fast, strong, & powerful. For example, the slim & sharp eyed lady could easily see something as a warning before it appears at her presence. One part was that one of the main characters dressed in red with wrist ribbons. She trained the "treasure" well. I seem to remember that there was this woman who makes you faint by a soft, breezy blow from her breath or her kiss could lead to the same results. Everyone has "gifted" senses. At the almost ending part, the lady looks like she was reviving the choosen girl with her love & pure emotions. The plot is about two sides that is against each other. The bad side went after the "treasure" girl & the good side needs to keep her secure, including teaching her self-defense.
