Help!! i don't know what to do right now?

Ok so this is long im sorry. but please try help me. couple months ago i got a cyst removed off my ovary through keyhole surgary. today my friend kicked a football off my stomach and i have been in agony. it really hurts idk what do!! also before the football incident i have been waking up with unexplained bruises, pains in my back , shoulders and neck and been feeling tired no matter what time i go to bed. is it possible i have lukemia? i googled it and thats what came up btw im 14 yrs old. please help. thanks oh and what should i do about the stomach?
