Which one of the followin groups of structures is involved in regulating calcium levels?

Actually the thyroid gland is involved in metabolism and has no effect on calcium levels. It is the parathyroid that controls Calcium 24-7. With that in mind I'd have to say neither of the answers are correct, because they both state "thyroid," which doesn't regulate calcium at all.
