My boyfriend and i never do anything anymore?

we have been together almost 3 years and i love the time we spend together, but because of our hectic school and work schedules (he works nights so he hasta sleep during the day) we don't go out much. plus he lives 20 minutes away in the town next to me. (not a big deal but sux when i dont wanna drive) we also have very different tastes like he doesnt like to go to movies and out to dinner (idk why) so i need some ideas of things we can do together or are we just not going to work out anymore
