My maytag neptune electric dryer dosen't work! Need Help Quick!?

My Maytag Neptune dryer doesn't work but everything is connect. The thing that is like a tube (grey) is connected and the plug is connected but in the estimated time its just shows 8.8 and when i put "off" or "start" it doesn't work. Need answers now
