Painful brown discharge endometriosis?

Did your doctor not give you any birth control in addition to the anti-diabetic? How was your PCOS diagnosed? Did they do an ultrasound of your pelvis/ovaries? I feel like you need to get a second opinion, and soon. Don't listen to anyone that is pushing you around. As a nurse you should have excellent insurance, it sounds to be me like you need to use it.
